Return Policy

All gifts and non-plant material may be returned for exchange,
credit or refund within 15 days, as long as they are in saleable
condition with original packaging.

• All plant material must be returned within 7 days. Non-saleable items may be returned for exchange or store credit.
• Hanging Baskets are handled on an individual basis.
• All planted plants, 1 gallon or larger are guaranteed for health for 1 year except for frost or acts of nature.
• No guarantee on any sized plants planted in containers or left unplanted more than 7 days from date of purchase.

Here’s what we can do...

• If you paid with a Credit Card:
  • We’ll credit the purchase amount to your original credit card when accompanied by the store receipt.

• If you paid with a Check:
  • We will issue a refund check from our office within 14 days of your return.

• If you paid with Cash:
  • ...and the purchase was under $50, we’ll give you cash back on the day of your return.
  • ...and your purchase was over $50, we will issue a refund check by mail.
