Return Policy

All returns MUST include a store receipt & the ITEM

• All gifts and non-plant material may be returned for exchange, credit or refund within 15 days, as long as they are in saleable condition with original packaging. Gift Cards are non-returnable.
• All plant material must be returned within 7 days. Non-saleable items may be returned for exchange or store credit.
• Hanging Baskets are handled on an individual basis.
• All hardy planted plants, 1 gallon or larger are guaranteed for health for 6 months from the purchase date except for frost or acts of nature.
• No guarantee on any sized plants planted in containers or left unplanted more than 7 days from date of purchase.

Here's What We Can Do:

If you paid with a Credit Card:

We’ll credit the purchase amount to your original credit card when accompanied by the store receipt.

If you paid with a Check:

We will issue a refund check from our office within 14 days of your return.

If you paid in Cash:

• And the purchase was under $50, we’ll give you cash back on the day of your return.
• And the purchase was over $50, we will issue a refund check by mail.

If you paid with a Gift Card:

We’ll credit the purchase amount back to your gift card when accompanied by the store receipt.
