All gifts and non-plant material may be returned for exchange,credit or refund within 15 days, as long as they are in saleable condition with original packaging.
All plant material must be returned within 7 days. Non-saleable items may be returned for exchange or store credit.
Hanging Baskets are handled on an individual basis.
All planted plants, 1 gallon or larger are guaranteed for health for 1 year except for frost or acts of nature.
No guarantee on any sized plants planted in containers or left unplanted more than 7 days from date of purchase.
Credit Card Purchases
We’ll credit the purchase amount to your original credit card when accompanied by the store receipt.
Payment by Check
We will issue a refund check from our office within 14 days of your return.
Cash Purchases
If the purchase was under $50, we’ll give you cash back on the day of your return.
If the purchase was over $50, we will issue a refund check by mail.

What a joy to visit Johnson Brother's Gardens... better than a trip to the spa! We traveled over from Yachats for our favorites, then had to turn around and make a second trip back over for all of the pretties that we did not get on the first trip.
