Yard Looking Great Fast!
Our
goal is to help develop the landscape you desire. One that is
functional, aesthetically pleasing and whose maintenance requirements
match your expectations.
This is your yard, not ours. But we put in the effort like it was our own.
How it Works
The designer will meet with you on-site to review the proposed project.
Important items we discuss with you...
- Existing plants, trees and structures
- Views desired
- Future possibilities (hot tub, gazebo, bbq, etc.)
- Budget or time constraints
- Existing house or plot measurements
Our
questionnaire is structured to clearly ascertain your needs and
desires. This prevents any mis-communications later in the process.
At
this same meeting, we establish the fee for the design. Design costs
vary greatly depending on size and complexity of the design. Everything
will be in writing and no additions are made unless approved by the
customer.
If you wish to proceed, a contract is completed
and a deposit of 50% of the design fee is collected. The balance is due
upon receipt of the final design.
Mid-Way
A
preliminary design showing the proposed lawns, trees, shrubs and
hardscape items is reviewed with you at the nursery. We find that
seeing, smelling and touching the proposed plant material brings the
drawing off the paper and more real.
What is important at this stage is that changes can be made before any installation is started.
Once
you are satisfied with the what you chose, final plans are then drawn
to scale showing everything in the preliminary design, including any
changes.
Upon full payment, you will receive ...

- Two blueprints
- Plant list with recommended sizes
- Quantities required with current prices
- 20% discount on all plants pertaining to design (Plants must be purchased within two years of design completion)
