Some Helpful Hints & Tips from
Our Department Managers
The Annuals
Manager...
Has recently received in a
large amount of HUGE Budding & Blooming Bougainvillea vines.
Celebrate Sunny Days with enormous Double Marigolds and dainty, fragrant Lantana both in
shades of sunshine yellow and gold!
Hint:
We currently have an amazing selection of Potato Vine in various
sizes, shapes and colors.
Revive old Hanging Baskets or Planters with this fast spreading,
draping plant that is sure to hang over your pots edges.
Tip: Coleus does well in sun
AND shade! Though your better planting darker foliaged
Coleus in the hot sunny areas.

Basket Houses
 Our Hanging Basket house is
still showing off.
We have NEW vibrant colors of Calibrachoa (Million Bells) Hanging Baskets
and Tempting Fragrant Scented Begonia Hanging Baskets in
creamy, sherbet colors.
The Vegetable
Manager...
Just can't pick the fruiting vegetable plants quick enough! Our remaining Tomato & Pepper plants are loading up their
stalks with ripe, juicy temptations.And Johnson
Brothers is stocked up on mature, large sized vegetable plants
that are either already bearing fruit or just about to.
There's no need to force small unhealthy plants when the
lush vegetable garden you've been waiting for is a simple stop away.
The
Perennials
Manager...
Is working hard and super excited about the new perennial planters
she's been potting up.
 These ready-to-go, instant perennial
container's are planted with long blooming and evergreen
plants to give you summer interest year after year.
Hint:
We currently have numerous assorted late summer bloomers including multiple Echinacea flowers.
A whole table and a half is dedicated to these butterfly
attractants.
Even if you already have Echinacea you'll be saying 'I've gotta have
it' when you see our hot red, blazing
orange, florescent pink, and peaceful white shades.
Tip: Get more for less! Johnson Brothers is proud to be a
grower of beautiful plants including our own huge flowering Lilies in multiple
shades.
We're loading and starting to stock them on the floor NOW!
The Tree
& Shrub
Manager...
 Wants you all to know that
our huge assortment of Hydrangeas are NOW BLOOMING.
We currently have Endless Summer Original and Twist & Shout.
We just received a new delivery of climbing Hydrangeas and Tree Forms
including 'Pink Diamond'.
Hint:
Daphne 'Lawrence Crocker' is a shorter form with fantastic fragrance and it holds
lavender flowers most of the season
